ABOUT RAYSEAN PARKER

Raysean Parker is an up and coming trainer born and raised in Aurora, IL. Raysean attended Monmouth college from 2012 to 2015. He was a two sport athlete who played football and basketball. It was tough but doable. Raysean faced some adversities at Monmouth and had to transfer to a community college closer to home. After completing a semester at College of Dupage,  he transferred to Missouri Valley to play football and to attain his bachelor’s degree. Moving on, Raysean graduated in 2018 and got his degree in Exercise science. He soon decided to become a personal trainer and build his business from the ground up. As of today his business is flourishing and he plans to expand it over the next few years. The name of his business is called HumbleGrind. HumbleGRIND is a brand that helps people feel motivated and focused on the goal in life. In a few years, the plan is to combine HumbleGRIND with Pain is Temporary.

With PIT, the organization made an impact on my life tremendously because not only do I get to change people physically but I get to help change them mentally as well. Helping the lives of others has made me look at life in a different perspective. What you know may not be what other people know. What you do may not be what other people know how to do. Introducing them to a new/different lifestyle and being there every step of the way is a great feeling and it makes you humble. We get the opportunity to change the MINDSETS of other people and throughout the process it keeps us trainers on our toes. It allows us to be more disciplined, it allows us to stay motivated and it allows us to stay fully engaged. Most importantly, you realize that some people aren’t mentally prepared to make the necessary changes.

So as a trainer, it allows me to adapt to people individually. It teaches me how to be patient throughout the process. My goal is to be able to travel and train worldwide. I wouldn’t mind training people of all ages but I prefer to train D1 athletes and/or professional athletes. Another goal is to get a gym of my own, of course with PIT. I want to make it versatile and not only for training but make it accessible for any and everything. Another goal is to be one of the most inspirational/motivational trainers out there.

“A meaningful life is not about being rich being popular, being highly educated or being perfect. It is about being real.”
